At Mind on Fire Books, we’re always looking for the next spark—where horror, sci-fi, and fantasy collide in the weirdest corners of indie literature. This week’s micro-fiction is inspired by Edwin James IP’s “2025 Artist Trend Forecast: Weird, Wild & Wonderfully You,” a roundup of the year’s boldest prompts: solarpunk dreams, pastel cryptids, and VHS static.
