Ever met a cat who thinks he’s the king of the neighborhood? Well, let me introduce you to LeRoy, my fearless feline who knows no bounds. From scaling posts with claws at the ready to stalking every bird that dares to perch along the fence-top, LeRoy is the tomcat extraordinaire. Rain, sleet, or snow—nothing stops his daily patrols. Dive into this little piece I’ve penned about his adventurous spirit.

My cat, LeRoy,
Claws up post,
Prone feline vertical
To stalk birds,
small-sized,
along the fence-top.
Tomcat bully prowl
Rally round’ the perimeter
Rain, sleet, or snow.
LeRoy will go.

Isn’t he something? LeRoy’s antics never fail to bring a smile to my face—or a gasp when he brings home his “trophies.” His determination and fearless attitude remind me that a little boldness can go a long way. Thanks for taking a moment to step into LeRoy’s world.
